The main grapes cultivated in this Country are Pinotage (a crossing between Pinot Noir and Cinsault), Viognier, Muscat of Alexandria, Colombard, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
