Graham Beck Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine is a pale silver-pink. The grapes are hand-picked from Graham Beck's own estate vineyards in Robertson, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. The grapes for this Cap Classique were whole bunch pressed to ensure only the finest quality juice. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, with sufficient lees contact time, has resulted in an alluring silver-pink hue while the nose is redolent of raspberry and cherries with a few secondary whiffs of minerality. Flirtatious and fun, yet elegant and structured, it's perfect for all seasons and settings.
