Botanica Flower Girl Pet Nat Rosé is produced by the Method Ancestral which is one of the oldest methods of producing sparkling wines. The primary fermentation is stopped before completing and a secondary fermentation happens in the bottle and no expedition liqueur (sugar) is added at the end. 'Pet Nat' or 'pétillant-naturel' means slightly sparkling in French - a style which comes from the Méthode Ancestrale.
