Chenin Blanc
Chenin Blanc is a versatile white grape from Loire Valley. Vouvray is the main area where this grape is cultivated, thus the “Appellation d’origine controlee”. Due to its high acidity, this grape is used to make a wide range of wines, from the off dry, sparkling wine, and dessert wine. The aromas of this wine can vary due to the style, from the crispiness of apples, quince pear and lemon verbena, to the melon, peach, jasmine and apple blossom.
