AIX rosé is one of the Provence’s most celebrated terroirs. AIX is a fantastic rosé, created to be the purest possible expression of what a rosé wine can be a well-balanced premium Provence rosé with a typical hypnotising salmon pink colour. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful.
High up in the hills just north of Aix-en-Provence, away from the heat of the coast, you’ll find a set of ancient stone gates. Beyond them lies the Maison Saint Aix estate.
