AIX Provence Rosé Wine captures the essence of Provence reflecting the mineral-rich soils and over 300 days of sun per year. A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes produce this quality rosé that is fermented in state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The vineyards are located High up in the hills north of Aix-en-Provence, set away from the heat of the coast, the vineyards are cooled by the Mistral winds. The grapes are harvested during the coolest part of the day between 4am and 10am to guarantee peak freshness of the grapes, conserve the varietal aromas and reduce the risk of oxidation.

The 2025 Rosé from AIX is delicate, fruity and well-balanced with notes of fresh red berries, citrus and a hint of spice. A benchmark Provence Rosé with nuances of white peach, wildflowers and delicate hints of pear drops. The palate is zesty and lively, bursting with flavours of redcurrants, peach, cherry and pink grapefruit. A long, crisp and clean finish with a subtle mineral character and a touch of white pepper spice.
This wine has enough body to pair with a broad spectrum of seafood and Asian cuisine.
