Château Minuty 281 Côtes de Provence Rosé Wine 75cl
Château Minuty 281 is the latest of Minuty's Rosé's and draws inspiration from the visionary Etienne Matton. It is a rosé for celebration, haute-couture and fine dining. Made up of a blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah, the wine is vibrant, elegant and expresses the remarkable minerality of the vineyards three main terroirs. The 281 won Best Rosé at the Master Winemaker Top 100 2025.
The palate is vibrant and structured, and features floral and tangy notes throughout. Its name pays tribute to the Pantone blue of the bottle, an homage to the Mediterranean, whose proximity influences and enhances the vineyard’s quality. The intense blue is a celebration of the Mediterranean Sea, which elevates and influences Minuty's vineyard in Côtes de Provence.
Etienne Matton began cloning the winery's exclusive Grenache in the 70s which now forms the 281 vintage's best plots. The 281 is HEV certified, meaning the grapes are hand-picked with low temperature alcoholic fermentation and no malolactic fermentation.
Grown under High Environmental Value (HEV) certification, the grapes are entirely hand-harvested.
