Customer Service Advisors - Ecommerce
Are you well-spoken, with good written communication skills and a desire to go above and beyond with your customer service?. Within this role, you will be speaking directly with customers and processing orders fully to completion as part of the friendly Online Team. You will also play a key role in ensuring Customer communications and content is correct and updated on our ecommerce platform.
• Previous experience in a customer service role with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Above & beyond levels of customer service, organisational skills and confident, clear, telephone manner. Effective problem-solver. Ability to work effectively with a variety of customers including corporates and HNW's.
• Previous experience with customer CRM tools, e-commerce order processing systems, courier systems and payment service providers.
• Previous experience in a wine & drinks environment WSET Level 2 preferred but not essential.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility to ensure smooth running of department.
• Excellent attention to detail, good knowledge of Microsoft excel and teams.
• Reliable team player, demonstrating support and committment to colleagues.
• Able to work under pressure during peak shopping sales / seasons.
Order Fulfillment Operations Specialist
Within this role, you will be the essential link between Customer Orders and fulfillment both for ecommerce and wholesale. You will work with both the ecommerce Customer Service team and Warehouse Stock Control and will be responsible for processing of and fulfullment of all orders to completion. This role will require you to give direction to the Warehouse Team and Customer services as necessary and you will also be expected to communicate directly with Customers and couriers / freight services as and when necessary.
• Previous experience in a similar role with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solver. .
• Previous experience e-commerce order processing systems, courier systems and payment service providers.
• Previous experience in a wine & drinks environment WSET Level 2 preferred but not essential.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility to ensure smooth running of department.
• Excellence in Microsoft excel and any stock control systems (SAGELine 50 accounts an advantage).
• Reliable team player, demonstrating support and committment to colleagues.
• Able to work under pressure during peak shopping sales / seasons and to do what it takes to get the job done.
Warehouse Operators
We have both permanent full time and part time (less than 16 hours) and seasonal positions available. As a member of the warehouse team you will be able to pick and pack and carry goods following company packing guidelines, working effectively with your team.
• Previous experience in a picking packing, or stock management goods in / out role.
• Previous experience and familiarity with drinks products is an advantage.
• Supportive to team, able to follow instructions effectively, time-efficient, positive, friendly, hard-working team player.
• Clean Driving License and Forklift experience and advantage.
Finance Assistant / Book Keeper
• Previous experience in goods and invoice management.
• Excellence on SAGELine 50 accounts systems.
• Answer finance/office phone and communicate with suppliers as necessary.
• Previous experience with payment management and stock control.
• Relevant Accounting Qualifications.

How long is my commute? Our offices are at B60 3FR.
Normal working hours are 9-5.30pm Mon-Fri excl Bank Hols. These may change subject to business needs pre- Christmas peak season (Nov/Dec).
