Rathfinny Estate is the perfect location to produce world-class English Sparkling wines based in the East Sussex. The family-owned estate was established in 2010 and the owners, Mark and Sarah Driver have been dedicated to creating some of the world's finest sparkling wines ever since.
The south-facing slope, climate and chalk soil almost perfectly are similar to other famous Sparkling wine regions and using the Traditional Method with the grape varietals that are grown (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier) this creates true expressions of the terroir and develop deep, rich, autolytic notes.
