Blanc de Noirs Champagne
The Champagne Style of Blanc de Noirs is a wine produced entirely from black grapes. Blanc de Noirs cuvée can be made from the two black grapes fo Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier as permitted within the appellation. Blanc de Noirs has deep golden colour and is more intense in flavour than a non-vintage multi grape blend. The prestige cuvée by Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises from old Pinot Noir vines has set the bench mark for other Champagne houses.
