Eric Rodez Les Fournettes Pinot Noir 2009 Champagne 75cl
Eric Rodez Les Fournettes Pinot Noir 2009 Champagne 75cl is created from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a chalky terroir giving great minerality to the wine with an elegant fruitiness. This Champagne has been vinified in small oak barrels and has undergone no malolactic fermentation with a low dosage of just 2 gr/l.
This Blanc de Noirs is from a single vineyard in Ambonnay and the quality of both the terroir and the grapes is excellently reflected in the Champagne. Perfect for pairing with a number of dishes with a lingering, unforgettable finish.
