Sec Champagne is a dry Champagne style growing in popularity with a higher dosage than the Brut. The dosage is the grams of sugar per litre (g/l)that have been added to the Champagne during the wine-making process.
Sec Champagne has a level of dosage (sugar) added of between 17 to 32g and is a blend of any of the Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from the Champagne appellation.
