Extra Brut Champagne
Extra Brut or Extra Dry Champagne with a Dosage or Residual Sugar Content of less than 6g/l or 0-6 grams of sugar per litre, with a lower level of sweetness. Exceptional examples of Extra Brut Champagne are the Veuve Clicquot Extra Old or Gosset Extra Brut and Pol Roger Extra Brut.
