Champagne Brimoncourt Extra Brut NV 75cl
Champagne Brimoncourt Extra Brut NV 75cl is produced from specially selected Grand Cru grapes and is a blend of 20% Chardonnay and 80% Pinot Noir. The dominance of Pinot Noir adds depth and structure and only a very small dosage is added to allow the purity and freshness to come through.
The Brimoncourt house was originally built in 1875 and is still the headquarters today. In 2008, Alexandre Cornot took over the brand transforming it into a lively and daring house - a tribute to the original spirit of Champagne.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
This Champagne is light straw in colour, animated by fine bubbles that form persistent beads up the glass. On the nose, there are concentrated aromas of citrus and white fruits joined with ripe pears and brioche.
Will match well with shellfish and iodine flavours. Try serving with spaghetti alle vongole.
