Gosset Extra Brut Magnum NV Champagne 150cl
Gosset Extra Brut Magnum NV Champagne 150cl is an incredibly open and expressive Champagne and is the only wine made at Gosset that undergoes malolactic fermentation. Thanks to 3 years on the lees, this wine is starting to develop excellent leesy aromas and flavours on the palate yet preserving and excellent balance between freshness and maturity.
Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne and has been owned by the Renaud Cointreau family since 1993.

"The Gosset NV Brut Excellence is an assemblage of Pinot Noir (45%), Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Meunier (25%) sourced in Ay, Chigny-les-Roses, Courmas and Cumières. Pure and fresh on the nose, with bright, partly dried fruit aromas, this citrus-coloured fizz is light, elegant and fresh but well structured, in short: a terrific effort at this level and a delicious aperitif." - Awarded 90 Points, Robert Parker
Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
Beautifully bright in the glass with clean and clear aromas of white flowers and tree fruits. The palate is lively and fresh with citrus flavours and an underlying richness of mirabelle plums and peaches. The finish is generous with mature notes coming through from the lees ageing.
Created as an aperitif but equally delicious when paired with roast pork or chicken dishes.
