Bruno Paillard Assemblage 2015 is made exclusively from six Grand and Premier Crus, and is a powerful and structured wine that is typical of the House style. Each vintage cuvée from the Bruno Paillard Champagne House authentically displays all the elements to a unique year.
A different artist designs the label each year for the Bruno Paillard assemblage. For 2015, the House features the work of Gérard Titus-Carmel on the theme of "Elan". The artist then embarks on a decade of surface saturation, where colors become engorged on their own.

This Champagne has initial fresh aromas of wild strawberries which evolve into notes of blackcurrant. Pink grapefruit and blood orange gradually develop. The palate is lively and is both fruity and saline. Flavours of candied orange and ripe black fruits are carried by a powerful structure. The finish is long, with notes of dried fruits and cocoa.
The aromas of fruit and fresh spices means the Champagne pairs perfectly with slightly-spicy, slow-cooked dishes such as shoulder of lamb with honey and sweet spices.
