The Bruno Paillard signature style is the perfect partnership of complexity and elegance. This champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay and had nuanced aromas of almonds and citrus.
Bruno Paillard started producing champagnes in 1981 in a rented cellar, using grapes he carefully selected from independent growers. Starting his company was historic in itself, as the region had not seen a new house in almost a century and was characterised by its conservative attitude.
