Bruno Paillard Champagne Première Cuvée NV 75cl reflects the Bruno Paillard style perfectly, it's a personal interpretation of the whole region, through the secret selection of more than 30 Crus. The Premiere Cuvee has a low dosage of less that 6g/L, creating a very pure and authentic Champage. 

Each bottle carries a label, indicating the month and year of disgorgement. Bruno Paillard was the first Champagne House to do this, allowing you to choose when to taste their Champagne.

Thanks to a low dosage, this cuvee is lively and vivacious. The aromas on the nose of citrus fruits, red fruits and dried fruits are echoes in the mouth with the addition of toasted bread and dark fruit such as cherry, fig and blackberry.
Excellent as an aperitif. The perfect pair with cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and aged salers. Also delightful with poultry and shellfish.
