Gosset Celebris Extra Brut 2012 is only the 9th Celebris release from Gosset in the last 35 years. The Cuvée is quintessential of the House’s style and expresses all the potential of the 2012 vintage year.
The majority of the blend is Chardonnay (70%) which brings elegance and minerality to the Champagne, while the Pinot Noir adds fruitiness and structure. The Champagne is aged for a minimum of 10 years in the cellars; the dosage is moderate, 5.5 g/l, to preserve the balance between freshness and vinosity without covering the character and purity.
