Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Extremely expressive on the nose with citrus fruits, white flowers and light, summer fruits. The palate is generous and silky with layers upon layers of white fruits and minerality.
Delicious all the way through from appetizers to desserts. Enjoy with shellfish, especially oysters.
