The Pommery Apanage Blanc de Noir NV is a captivating Champagne produced from the black grape varieties, 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. The Apanage uses a higher percentage of reserve wines for greater structure and body.
A high proportion of the grapes are sourced from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims which undergo malolactic fermentation and extended aging in oak vats.
