Mercier Blanc De Noirs Brut Champagne NV 75cl
Launched in 2015 the Mercier Blanc de Noirs differ from other Blanc de Noirs being light and fruity with a pleasing creamy texture. It is made with a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, which are aged on lees for 2-3 years. Maison Mercier was founded in 1858 by Eugene Mercier when he was only 20 years old, he knew how to surprise and amaze, he launched numerous and original communication operations during the course of the 19th century including a filmed commercial with the Lumière brothers.
