AIX Provence 2024 Rosé Wine captures the essence of Provence, reflecting the mineral-rich soils and over 300 days of sun per year. A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes produces this quality rosé that is fermented in state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The vineyards are located High up in the hills north of Aix-en-Provence, set away from the heat of the coast, the vineyards are cooled by the Mistral winds. The grapes are harvested during the coolest part of the day between 4am and 10am to guarantee peak freshness of the grapes, conserve the varietal aromas and reduce the risk of oxidation.

Grape: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah
The 2020 harvest is the earliest encountered by Maison Saint Aix, usually occurring towards the end of September, this year began on the 3rd. Winter was generally mild and dry for the estate, with sufficient rainfall in March and April to provide the vines with enough water to cope with the dry hot summer. The grapes harvested displayed a perfectly balanced ripeness and optimum quality.
This salmon pink rosé is well-balanced and fragrant, youthful yet delicate and showcases tones of strawberries, flowers and watermelon.
This wine has enough body to pair with a broad spectrum of seafood and Asian cuisine.
