The 2020 harvest is the earliest encountered by Maison Saint Aix, usually occurring towards the end of September, this year began on the 3rd. Winter was generally mild and dry for the estate, with sufficient rainfall in March and April to provide the vines with enough water to cope with the dry hot summer. The grapes harvested displayed a perfectly balanced ripeness and optimum quality.
Pale salmon in colour, this is a clean, fruit-forward rosé with layers of red fruits, white peaches, minerality and blossom. On the palate, there are notes of fresh strawberries, soft melon, and rose petals.
