AIX Provence 2024 Rosé Wine captures the essence of Provence, reflecting the mineral-rich soils and over 300 days of sun per year. A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes produces this quality rosé that is fermented in state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The vineyards are located High up in the hills north of Aix-en-Provence, set away from the heat of the coast, and are cooled by the Mistral winds.
