Graham Beck Vintage Rosé follows a very unique process, a first for South Africa, during vinification the whole bunches of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were jointly pressed as a blend. This is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay grown in Robertson a few hours west of Cape Town. The vineyards benefit from the cooler nighttime temperatures coming from the Breede River.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
This wine presents as a delicate salmon colour, and has a refreshing floral bouquet with hints of ripe cherries and summer berries. In the mouth, it is crisp and light, with a zesty acidity and flavours of raspberries, pomegranate and fresh strawberries. The wine showcases a distinct liveliness, and culminates in a smooth, prolonged finish.
