Botanica Big Flower Merlot Red Wine 2017 South Africa 75cl
The Botanica Big Flower Merlot is produced from 10-year-old vines in the stunning Protea Heights Vineyards in Stellenbosch. This is an organically farmed wine grown on predominantly decomposed granite with pockets of shale and sandstone. The grapes are all hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel vats before being racked for malolactic fermentation to take place.
