Producing top-quality wines is a passion that has been passed down from father to son in the Humbrecht family since the 17th century. The Domaine Zind Humbrecht Roche Calcaire Pinot Gris is produced from vines with an average age of 26 years grown on limestone soils. The grapes are purposefully harvested slightly earlier for the finished wine to contain as little sweetness as possible. The wine is bottled without finning to maintain its complex layers of fruit.
