Zind Humbrecht Roches Granitique Riesling White Wine 75cl
The Roches Granitique Riesling is the ‘second’ wine of Domaine Zind Humbrecht produced from their youngest Grand Cru vines. However, they still average at 36 years combined with a very small proportion of the young vines of the Sommerberg Grand Cru, planted in 2013. Planted on granite soils forcing the vines to grow deeper root systems and then find finer elements, clay originating from the black mica.
