Philipponnat Royale Reserve Brut Rose Champagne NV 75cl
Philipponnat Royale Reserve Brut Rose Champagne NV 75cl is vinified using the traditional method to avoid premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation and some of the wines ages in casks allow the aromas to devlop complexity. Still red wine from Pinot Noir grapes is obtained by maceration and around 8% is added to obtain a salmon pink colour with coppery glints. This rose is a perfect balance of freshness, fruitiness, vinosity and purity.
