Neige Premiere is golden yellow with light reflections and has a fine flavour profile that has been compared to quality Sauternes. The rich, fresh flavours of Neige make it a perfect match for desserts and cheese. More gentle and refined than a vintage cider, and without the burn of calvados, Neige is all about accents of fresh apple and a light honeyed finish.
Neige is a unique product from Canada made from apples which are harvested in autumn and stored until winter. It is then pressed and the juice is placed outside in the extreme cold. The water content then freezes leaving the concentrated sugar must. This is then collected through gravity to produce the exceptional dessert cider.
