M. Chapoutier Bila Haut Banyuls Fortified Wine 2017 France 50cl
Banyuls is a delicious specialty of the Roussillon region in the South of France. Based on grenache noir, this deep, sweet red wine is obtained by the fortification process, in which alcohol spirit is added to the must, thus arresting the fermentation and leaving the natural grape sugars in the finished wine.
