Cremant wine is a traditional method sparkling wine made in France but outside of the protected Champagne region. The French key regions to produce Cremant are: Alsace, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Loire, Limoux and the main varieties used to produce Cremant are: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pineau d'Anis, Grolleau, Grolleau Gris, Arbois, Pinot Noir.
