Full bodied and rich on the palate, with fine bubbles and persistent mousse. Raspberries, cream and vanilla dominate, leading to a long, lingering finish. Serve as an aperitif or with fruit based desserts. The Crémant de Loire Appellation is among the most demanding sparkling wine appellations in France.
