Graham Beck Vintage Rose follows a very unique process, a first for South Africa, during vinification the whole bunches of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were jointly pressed as a blend. This is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay grown in Robertson a few hours west of Cape Town. The vineyards benefit from the cooler nighttime temperatures coming from the Breede River.
