The Chapel Down Kits Coty Blanc De Blanc is a single vineyard 100% Chardonnay English sparkling wine. The Kit's Coty vineyard is a 95 acre vineyard on the North Downs, Kent, south facing to capture the Kent sunshine all year round. All the grapes are carefully harvested by hand in October and undergo malolactic fermentation. 11% of the Chardonnay is matured in barrel to add a rich creamy texture.
