Chapel Down Bacchus Gin 70cl
Chapel Down Bacchus Gin is a beautifully aromatic gin distilled with Bacchus grape skins from the Chapel Down vineyards in Kent. This spirit is intended to bring together winemaking expertise and modern distillation techniques. The grapes used are from a single vintage year and the spirit reflects the delicate flavour profile of the wine varietal.
This custom-made glass bottle links back to the two production processes - distillation and winemaking - as the bottom half reflects the cut-glass crystal decanter for spirits and the top half denotes the classic shape of a wine bottle.
