Chapel Down Classic NV Brut is a delicious demonstration of the high quality of English sparkling wine. This is a bright and fresh style, bursting with citrus fruits combined with baked apples, fresh strawberries and quince. Chapel Down is located in the South East of England where the terroir and climate come together to create the perfect environment for elegant sparkling wines. All the grapes are hand-harvested and then gently pressed only taking the highest quality juices, once in the bottle this is further ages for at least 18 months before release.
