Bollinger PN AYC18 Brut MV Champagne 75cl
Bollinger PN AYC18 is the fourth limited edition Champagne in Bollinger's PN series that highlights terroir expressions of Pinot Noir from the most interesting vineyards of the region. AYC18 is based on the Grand Cru of Aÿ from the excellent 2018 vintage, which was fermented in oak foudres. Reserve wines from 2009, also from Aÿ, and aged in magnums, form part of the blend. The blend is completed with wines from Tauxières, Verzenay, and Avenay, from the 2016 and 2017 vintages, which add vivacity to the Champagne. This is a truly compelling expression of Pinot Noir, surpassing the already high standards of this fascinating limited edition series from Bollinger.
