The Ayala N°14 Rosé Grand Cru Champagne 75cl is an excellent representation of the House's brilliant expertise, the cuvée N°14 is comprised of the five emblematic Grands Crus that form the classic style of the House's blends. Caroline Latrive wanted to work the crus in equal proportions, exclusively from the 2014 vintage and for the first time in a rosé version.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Wonderfully fresh and crisp. Notes of morello cherries, red currants and cherries. Frangipani flowers mix with the exquisiteness of mango, lychee and passion fruit. A finish of candied ginger accompanies a sweet bitterness of grapefruit
Would make a delightful accomplishment with o fine and spicy dishes such as a carpaccio of sea bass with mango and pink peppercorns.
