Ayala Champagne's Rosé Majeur Non Vintage (NV) Champagne is an unusual blend of 51% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 9% still red wine from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (Pinot Noir from old vines).
This wine reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruits strawberries, raspberries, a hint of cassis… enhanced by the freshness and the finesse delivered by the high proportion of Chardonnay. Rosé Majeur has a lovely light cherry core colour with delicate copper glints, enhanced by a beautiful necklace of fine and long-lasting bubbles, and is elegantly gift boxed.

Milk Marc de Champagne Truffles are lightly dusted milk chocolate truffles with a delicious Champagne truffle centre - mixed with a little rum and the Pink Marc de Champagne Truffle Chocolates are lightly dusted pink milk chocolate truffles of milk chocolate, butter Marc de Champagne truffle centre again mixed with a little rum but with a hint of strawberry.
