Vilmart et Cie Grand Cellier Premier Cru Brut NV Champagne 75cl
Vilmart et Cie Grand Cellier Non-Vintage Champagne is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir premier cru grapes grown and harvested organically and biodynamically. In the glass, this Champagne is a pale lemon colour with shimmering green highlights and an elegant, long-lasting mousse of bubbles. The nose is floral with delicate citrus notes yet, after warming slightly, the nose displays a new layer of aromas of ginger and lemongrass spice. The palate is well-rounded and gives an impression of strength and freshness.
