Terrazas de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 Red Wine 75cl was an unusual and challenging vintage year. Yield was particularly low due to adverse weather conditions, with cold and rainy days. Luckily, these conditions settled and autumn was benign and cool, granting a slow and extended ripeness which allowed top-notch wines.
The 2008 vintage has ripe red fruits, putting one in mind of strawberry jam, with a fresh herbal profile and outstanding mineral notes, while oak barrel aging provides licorice and tobacco notes. This deep garnet Cabernet shows friendly and enchanting tannins. Great aromatic persistence, with an incredible capacity to keep.
