Teeling Single Grain is a wholly unique style within Irish Whiskey, pushing the boundaries of convention, at the interest of where old world meets new. Although most Irish blends contain a significant corn element, Teeling wanted to create a unique flavour expression by focusing exclusively on grain whiskey, aged exclusively using Cabernet Sauvignon casks from the Napa Valley California, imparting a highly distinct red-berry and tannic profile. Bottling at 46% with no chill filtration completes this whiskey of true character.
