Salcombe Distilling Co. Rosé Sainte Marie gets its name from the ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which stands at the southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille. This is where the Fruit Schooners that departed from Salcombe would load up with citrus fruits, spices and herbs. Rosé Sainte Marie takes its inspiration from the warm Mediterranean climate of the South of France, encapsulating the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean coast.
