R. Pouillon & Fils Reserve Brut NV has been produced by third-generation grower, Fabrice Pouillon, who has maintained the traditional methods and style created by his father and grandfather since 1947. The vineyards cover 6 hectares split up into 36 plots across the villages of Mareuil-sur-Ay, Mutigny and Epernay.
This Non-Vintage is a blend from across all the plots owned by the Pouillon family made up of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. Indigenous yeasts are introduced to the base wine to start the fermentation and are aged in a mixture of older oak demi-muids and barriques.

This Champagne is rich and silky, exhibiting fragrances of bruised lemon grass, wild strawberries and brioche. On the palate there are notes of baked fruits, toasted nuts, blossom and cream.
