Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2015 Vintage Champagne 75cl
Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2015 Vintage Champagne is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes selected from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger.
This Vintage Champagne has been produced in very limited quantities only and has been aged for 6 years in the Pol Roger cellars before being released. The wine undergoes a full malolactic-fermentation prior to final blending. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle at 9°C in the deepest Pol Roger cellars where the wine is kept until it is riddled by hand. The very fine and persistent mousse for which Pol Roger is renowned owes much to these deep, cool and damp cellars.

GREAT BLANC DE BLANC
This champagne was very nice, just had with some cured salmon and caviar. Similar to a Deutz blanc. Ive never been disappointed with the Champagne Company. If you like nice champagne only buy from here!
