Pink Pigeon is a Single Estate Rum made in the oldest distillery still in operation today in Mauritius from some of the world's finest sugar cane grown on the Medine Estate. Hand-picked vanilla from orchids that grow in the rainforest canopy of nearby Madagascar combined with the exotic, tropical flavours of spice and nutmeg make this rum as exquisite and rare as the Pink Pigeon itself.
