Pernod Aniseed Liqueur is the iconic unsweetened aniseed-flavoured liqueur made from a blend of star-anise essences and aromatic herbs. Traditionally served with an ice cube and ice cold water turning the liqueur cloudy, also perfect for making aniseed-flavoured cocktails. Henri-Louis Pernod create this spirit in 1805 and the actual recipe remains a secret today.
