Nicolo Brut Prestige Cuvee Champagne is bright Golden in colour with very fne and intense effervescence. The nose is very elegant and shows distnguished citrus fruit flavour combined with an intense taste that develops into a very elegant champagne with nutty notes. This Prestge Champagne is delicious as an aperitf but is also recommanded with with foie gras and fsh en sauce.

Vines enjoy all the benefts of a southern exposure from the ancient soils of the Cotes des Bar Terroir with grapes that have been hand harvested. Stored for at least three years to develop into the notable producer Nicolo & Paradis pedigree who have an have an approach to wine making that respects nature and sustainable methods.
