All the way from Trinidad comes this 2007 vintage rum. The nose consists widely of fresh zingy coconut and tobacco leaf notes with toasted oak and citrus undertones. On the palate, notes of lemongrass, capsicum and fresh black pepper. These roll into a light spicy flavour with honey and oak on the finish.
